Terms of service

These terms apply when you use Makewell. By creating an account you agree to them.

Your account

You are responsible for keeping your sign-in details safe and for everything done with your account.

What you build

You own the apps and content you create. You give us permission to host and display them so the service can work, for example when you publish an app.

Acceptable use

You must follow our Acceptable use policy. We may suspend apps or accounts that break it.

Plans and payment

Paid plans renew every month until cancelled. Monthly AI builds reset on the 1st and unused builds do not roll over. You can cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the paid period.

AI output

Apps are generated by AI and may contain mistakes. Check your app before relying on it for important work.

Availability

We work hard to keep Makewell running but cannot promise it will always be available or error-free.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the last 12 months.

Changes

We may update these terms. If changes are significant we will let you know before they take effect.
